This workshop will cover how to choose a workable topic, narrowing your topic, quickly gaining an introduction to your topic, planning your research, and introduce you to databases that are helpful for starting your research.

Students who attend this workshop will leave with a good understanding of how to begin research on any topic with laser focus. The skills learned here will help students save time and energy in the research process.
